“We found out about My Soller Solutions (MSS) from an internet search when we started what at the time seemed like a daunting task of contacting builders and tradesmen to do extensive renovations on our apartment in Port de Soller with the obvious language barriers that this would present. We had drawn up a reasonably detailed list of requirements, so Lyndsay took these and got quotes from tradesmen with whom she’d previously worked. Once we had accepted the quotes, Lyndsay project-managed all aspects of the work, from getting the necessary licences for the work from the authorities and the clearing of existing furniture and fixings, to the completion of the building, plumbing, electrical and redecoration work, giving us frequent updates and pictures of the progress and asking for guidance when any issues arose or when clarification was needed.

In addition to the above, Lyndsay was proactively involved in liaising with suppliers such as IKEA from whom we had purchased the kitchen, to not only follow up with them on the inevitable things which didn’t go according to plan during the installation, but also to chase them through to completion when some of the electrical appliances didn’t work as delivered. Although we visited the apartment a number of times during the building work, we were in the UK for the majority of this time, and put simply, there is no way that we would have got the work anywhere close to completion, especially within six months had it not been for Lyndsay. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive and we would have no hesitation in recommending My Soller Solutions to others or working with My Soller Solutions again. "
